Book Stall in December 2020

Our Church Book Stall is now open on Wednesdays and Sundays (except for Sundays with services) during the day. The Books will be back at the church as before and you are asked to put any books that you have touched in the box provided so that they can be quarantined for 72 hrs. Please make sure that you hand sanitise before and after entering the church and picking up your books. All money to be placed in the Wall Safe.  Thank you in advance for making this a safe place.

Coffee Mornings during 2021

Ever hopeful that some of the restrictions may be removed, these take place 10.30am-12noon on the second Thursday of every month ito currently 2 internal venues in Manton. Please contact Anne to book a place and be allocated your house! Admission is free but contributions to church funds are always greatly appreciated. Details of forthcoming dates are:

Do come along, wherever we are ... everyone will be most welcome but you must book in advance.

Bible/Prayer Group in January 2021

As there is no possibility of restarting the bible study in the New Year, we will continue in our own homes the quiet prayer time twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays, 2pm-3 pm on January 6th and 20th.

Safari Supper Saturday 27th February 2021

It is hoped to run this year's Safari Supper in some form or other on this date.  Currently the thinking is that possibly 6 people will travel around the village together with 3 of that number offering a course. Sadly, this would mean no general mixing with other villagers, other than passing in the street… and no Coffee meet up at the end of the night. However, the people that you are with for the night will be a varied and interesting group with which to spend a jolly evening!

Tickets will be £20 per head including wine. Subsidies are available for those cooking. Please contact Anne Cowan if you are interested in joining in or have any bright ideas as to how we can do this event safely!

Government rules will be adhered to whatever they may be at that time.
